Visual Inspection

Visual inspection is required to ensure genuine quality from start to finish. In terms of casting quality control, every part is meticulously inspected by our QC experts, making sure they are fully filled (no cracking, tearing, holes, non-fill, etc.) with no distortions, bends or finishing defects. Products are also cross-checked against the quality control plan and written process instructions before moving forward to other processes.

Mechanical Properties Testing

Metallographic Analysis is another way to ensure material quality. Microstructures on metal substrates are carefully studied and documented with the use of our advanced image analysis system.

Dimensional Inspection

Our QC inspection team closely monitor the profile and dimensions of every part with the latest measurement tools.

Specialized Metallugrical Microscopes are used to identify metallurgical issues on our products.
FARO 3D Measuring Arm (a manually controlled portable CMM machine) that is can be deployed in a wide range of work environments and allow unrestricted multi-axis movement.
We use a range of High Precision Optical Measuring Profile Projector and Automatic Video Measuring Machines to measure the dimensions and geometry of our products.
A combination of manual and digital Height Gauge is used to accurately measure the height of parts.
With the use of specialized Surface Roughness Testers, we can measure the roughness of any surface.
A series of Go/no go Thread Pitch Gauges, Plug Gauges and Ring Gauges are used to ensure every thread profile is up to spec.
Pin Gauges and Plug Gauges are used for measuring the diameter of a hole or as reference tools for geometric deviations measurements.
Feeler Gauge are used to measure gap widths and ensure clearance between parts.
We utilize a range of digital Thickness Gauge to measure the thickness of sheet material.
When it comes to measurement on larger substrate, we often use the more versatile Ultrasonic Thickness Testers for thickness tests.
Our engineering team may also create our own custom-made checking gauge for other special testing methods.

Surface Treatment Tests

Our QC team is proficient in a range of specialized testing methods to ensure the product is up to your mining tasks.

Adhesion Tests includes cross-cut test, scrape adhesion test, pull-off test, and others.
We use UV Weathering Test Machines to assess weather resistance of products.
The Salt Spray Test is a corrosion test used to check corrosion resistance of materials and surface coatings and detect problems in coating pre-treatment or paint quality.
We offer Color Comparison Test that follows the Pantone color matching system.
We use Alcohol Rubber Abrasion Tester to help us identify coating problems related to certain chemicals.
We also utilize a range of specialized Coating Thickness Gauge to measure the thickness of anodizing, electroplating, spray paint and powder coatings.
We also use digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detectors to identify casting porosity or other quality issues in all kinds of substrates.

Packaging Tests

We are well-aware of how tough the delivery ride can be. That’s why we put just as much effort in our Packaging Testing. We have a range of specialized equipment that can simulate the vibration and impact during delivery. The result is our extra-tough packaging designed to withstand any condition.
